eStudio
eStudio was developed in association with many creatives to record all jobs undertaken with the studio environment. Jobs are recorded and tasks assigned, including tasks for freelancers from a secure online web environment.Due the nature of the creative process, jobs contained original material uploaded by the client, e.g. brief, photos, text etc, as well as functions for the studio manager to account for time and expenses associated with the job. When jobs are completed the application automatically generates invoices and dispatches via email to the client. Reminders for unpaid invoices are also automatically distributed should the client not pay within the payment terms of the company.
As many design companies send requests for printing, eStudio would enable print requirements to be recorded and distributed to a variety of printers recorded in the system. The printers complete an online form to submit their quotation.
